Cooler Horsemanship has strived to develop a structured natural horsemanship program that horse owners can use to discover where they are in their relationship with their horse, and learn how to get where they would like to go.  By studying the Theories of ATRUM, and using the Fundamentals of ATRUM, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to build a relationship of willing cooperation. 

Additionally, our Profiling for Clarity section allows the student to learn more about where their horse is coming from.  By Profiling the Horse's State of Mind, Profiling the Relationship, and Profiling the Horse's Behavior, students will gain more insight into exactly what type of individual their horse is.  From there, they can be much more effective in learning and adapting both the Theories of ATRUM and the Fundamentals of ATRUM to their specific horse.

Thirdly, we have three Areas of Study, each consisting of four levels.  In our Foundation levels, we teach the tasks that are required to establish a solid foundation of communication between horse and human.  From there, students can advance to our Freedom levels.  Here, true connection and communication can be discovered and developed, yielding a magical relationship with the horse.  Last, for those who are seeking performance goals, we have our Focus levels.  In these levels, we examine how to prepare a horse for performance and higher levels of communication, through engagement and collection of the horse's mind, body and emotions.
